Dear ISWI Participant:

If you registered for the recent ISWI workshop in Egypt, you are eligible to submit a report to a special issue of "Sun and Geosphere", whose guest editor is Prof. K. Yumoto of Japan. Please find attached a letter (the first pdf) from him regarding this special issue.

Please note that "Sun and Geospace" has a print version (ISSN1819-0839) and an online version ( http://www.shao.az/SG/ ). The print version is sent to a number of libraries. Copies can be obtained by making a request to Dr. Elchin Babayev ( elchin.babayev[at]gmail.com ).

Finally, I attach a holiday greeting from myself, my wife, and our kids. As you can see from this greeting card (the 2nd pdf) the Maeda Family is a big supporter of ISWI ! The back side of the card has the ISWI logo (second from the top). Five hundred cards were printed for snail mail distribution.

Dear participants of
the First ISWI Workshop in Helwan, Egypt,

As it was decided during the workshop, each registered participant may submit a report for publication in "SUN and GEOSPHERE". After peer review, these reports will be eligible for publication in a special issue of this journal. As guest editor of this special issue, I invate you to submit a report. This journal has a print version and online version.
