According to a recent announcement in Eos of AGU (Vol. 91, No. 22, 01 June 2010), "AGU Editor's Choice (Space Weather)" is now being offered as a service rather than on a subscription basis.
The list is accessible to anyone: http://www.agu.org/pubs/current/si/ .
I accessed it today and I attach it as pdf (small file but 60 pages long). It is scheduled to be updated twice a month.
If there are no copyright issues, I am always happy to circulate for you your space-weather-related papers using this newsletter.
