Dear ISWI Participant:

There are five files attached to this issue of the ISWI Newsletter.

The first file is a letter written by Dr Hans Haubold of the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs. It thanks our colleagues in Korea for convening a superb IHY workshop last year in Korea.

The remaining files are associated with "Workshop on African Participation in IHY and ISWI", or WAPII for short. It is being organized by:

  • - National Space Research and Development Agency, NASRDA (WEB)
  • - University of Nigeria, Nsukka (WEB)
    (Note: All are based in Nigeria.)
