This past week (May 24-28) the spring meeting of JpGU (Japan Geoscience Union) took place in Tokyo, Japan. The Executive Director of ISWI, Dr Nat Gopalswamy, gave a presentation on ISWI -- it is Item #1 in this issue of the ISWI Newsletter.
Item #2 came from Prof. Hans Haubold, who (back in 2009) wrote a letter to Prof. K. Yumoto (Kyushu University) asking that SERC (now known as International Center for Space Weather Science and Education) publish this newsletter. Since that time, this newsletter has been published on a highly routine basis. Please recall that all material comes from the subscribers -- so please contribute generously. All back issues are archived at the ISWI website for your easy reference.

This talk was given as "JpGU PPS04-05" on Wednesday May 27 2015 during 2:45-3:00 PM; APA HOTEL & RESORT TOKYO. Co-author to this talk was Dr Yoshikawa, PI of the MAGDAS Project at "International Center for Space Weather Science and Education (ICSWSE)". This center recently hosted "2015 UN/Japan Workshop on Space Weather", here in Fukuoka. The event was mentioned in this talk.
