[1] Nat Gopalswamy Notes on the ISWI/ICTP workshop Trieste, Italy, May 20÷24, 2019
Dear ColleagueWe had an excellent ISWI workshop hosted by the Abdus Salam International Center for Theoretical Physics in Trieste, Italy during May 20÷24, 2019. All aspects of space weather were discussed:
All the presentations are now available at the ICTP web site:
http://indico.ictp.it/event/8682/other-view?view=ictptimetable
The presentations are also available at the ISWI web site ISWI-secretariat.org (click here).
Under “Publications” tab, click on “Presentations on this site”. or
Under “Mettings” tab, click on “ISWI/UN Workshops”, select "Read more" in the top box and look for Presentations&Program
A link is also provided at the UNOOSA web site:
http://www.unoosa.org/oosa/en/ourwork/psa/schedule/2019/2019-iswi-workshop.html
It was decided that the papers presented at the Workshop would be published as a special Issue of the Sun & Geosphere Journal (http://www.sungeosphere.org/). Thus far, 21 people have expressed interest in submitting a paper. Others from the Space Weather community, who were not able to attend the Workshop are also encouraged to submit a paper. We can only accommodate a few more papers, so if interested, please contact me as soon as possible with tittle and authors
Have a great summer!
