Dear ISWI Participant:

As mentioned in the latest SCOSTEP Newsletter (sent out in yesterday's issue of the ISWI Newsletter as an attached pdf) there was a VarSITI Town Hall conducted during the AGU meeting of last month. I had the pleasure of attending it -- for example, lunch was served !

I took some photos -- they are attached.

Please note that CAWSES-II ended at the end of December 2013; it is succeeded by VarSITI, which officially starts on 13 Jan 2014.

Finally please be reminded that this year, in October, SCOSTEP will host STP13 in Xian, China. See ISWI Newsletter (Vol.5, Number 123, Vol.4, Number 129) and http://stp13.csp.escience.cn/, for preliminary details.
