There are two items today.

ISWI (BSSI) is under review at the United Nations. We look back to the workshops from 1991 to 2012 and we look forward to the 2013 Graz Symposium (click here).
The ISWI Website (http://iswi-secretariat.org/ (you are on this site) refers to our current review of ISWI. The ISWI Newsletter announced the recent update of all data on the ISWI website. The attached document will be distributed during the forthcoming session of COPUOS (www.unoosa.org/oosa/en/COPUOS/2013/index.html) to member States representatives. The final version of the attached document will also be submitted to the deliberations of the 2013 Graz Symposium.
The attached draft document requires corrections and refinement. Please look it over and submit your comments no later than 27 May 2013. Submit to "Mitko" at mitkodanov[at]abv.bg.
(2) Also attached today is the latest GIRGEA newsletter from:
(Her ongoing ISWI efforts in Africa and Asia are impressive.)If you are actively collecting space weather data through some kind of ground-based observation of the natural world and would like to join the ISWI instrumentation program, please contact me and we can get things started for you.
