[2] A GNSS paper that mentions ISWI is attached as the first pdf.

[3] The Society of Amateur Radio Astronomers (SARA) solicits papers for presentation at its 2014 Western Regional Conference to be held 22 and 23 March 2014. Please see the second attached pdf for more details.
