There are two items today:
[1] The ISWI Newsletter shall be closed from tomorrow until 4 October 2013. I will be in Cote d'Ivoire (a country in western Africa) to teach at "2013 ISWI/MAGDAS School in Africa" and to re-install MAGDAS in that country. I am without email during this entire duration.
[2] Christian Monstein, the Swiss gentleman who runs the Callisto Project, has kindly forwarded the following message for general distribution. If you are interested in solar radio bursts, please peruse it.
A splinter session about automatic solar radio burst detection is organized during the next European Space Weather Week in Antwerp, Belgium (November 18 - November 22). (more) The splinter session is planned on Tuesday November 19, between 15:15 and 16:45, and is foreseen to be made of a few talks (about 10min each) followed by an open discussion.
