Dear ISWI Participant:
The attached resolution was unanimously adopted by the participants
of the "UN/Nigeria Workshop on ISWI." The attached pdf consists of
a cover page and a document of five pages. The first two pages
constitute a preface; the resolution starts on page 3 and ends on
page 5.
ISWI represents the first phase of a UN-led program to "permanentize"
space weather science and education around the world. Establishment
of the ICSWSE (International Center for Space Weather Science and
Education) is the next phase. Discussion of this and other phases
shall take place during the ISWI workshop next year in Ecuador
(UN/Ecuador Workshop on ISWI).
