Dear ISWI Participant:

Last week, the ISWI Steering Committee met in Vienna, Austria. This morning, I received from Dr Nat Gopalswamy (ISWI Secretariat) the attached summary report. Has a group photo, too.

This morning I leave for Australia for two weeks (field work). Therefore, this newsletter is closed until the end of this month. It will re-open around the 1st of March.
