Pursuant to the "Abuja ISWI Resolution" (see ISWI Newsletter, Vol. 3, Num. 101, which is archived at this site), Kyushu University, Fukuoka, Japan, established the "International Center for Space Weather Science and Education" (abbreviated as "ICSWSE" but pronounced "iku-sei") on 01 April 2012. This new space weather center is now seeking a suitable logo (symbol).

Any person from any country is eligible to submit a logo for ICSWSE. The person submitting the best design will receive 200 United States dollars before 31 December 2012.

Details
Please submit as PDF-file -- but if yours is the winning design, you will be asked
to furnish a high-resolution version. For design reference,
the old logo for SERC is shown on the right. Your ICSWSE design must
be 100% original.
The Logo Selection Committee is the Staff of ICSWSE. Their decision is final and cannot be contested by anyone. Do not enter the contest if you cannot agree to this rule.
