from the Deputy Director of the "Institute of Space Science"
(ANGKASA) in Malaysia; please see the attached 4-page pdf.
This newsletter was quiet last week because many members of
SERC (incl. me) were attending the AGU Fall Meeting in San Francisco.
Some developments from this huge annual gathering (16,000 persons)
will be the topic of future issues of this newsletter.

and I can pass along your info to all in this growing community.
